Synopsis
L’artiste acclamé William Kentridge a réalisé et conçu cette première production visuellement éblouissante du Met de l’opéra satirique de Chostakovitch, adapté de la nouvelle classique de Nikolai Gogol. Le baryton Paulo Szot incarne Kovalyov, le malheureux bureaucrate dont le nez a mystérieusement disparu. Alexander Lewis et Andrey Popov co-vedette, et Pavel Smelkov dirige.
